Elkay CEMEX is a "ready to use" Natural Stone Grout Cleaner and steps for correct usage are as follows; 

Dilute 1:5 or 1:10 ml of Elkay CEMEX depending on the type of soil to be removed. To remove wax or epoxy grout residues, apply the product directly on the residue and leave to react for 15-20 mins. 

Spread over and clean the surface with a single-disc professional cleaner or rag and clean

Vacuum or wipe up residue, rinse with plenty of water.
