Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the tool you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund
