
DBD-25X 7/8″ Rebar Bender
DBD-25X heavy-duty portable rebar bender effortlessly bends Grade 60 rebar up to #7 (7/8”).
This table-style bender is suitable for a shop environment or construction site and requires 120V AC / 12A.
Note: The DBD-25X is capable of bending rebar up to 180 degrees. However, the roller required to produce a complete 180° bend is not included in this kit and must be purchased separately.

DBD-25X helps save valuable labor time by efficiently bending rebar up to #7 or 7/8" (22 mm) Grade 60. The electrical/mechanical bending system features two preset angle locks for repeating bends and a lever-type selector that allows accurate adjustment from 0 to 180 degrees.
It can bend (4) #3 rebar, (3) #4 rebar, (2) #5 or #6 rebar, and (1) #7 rebar at one time. The roller chart below helps select the correct combination of rollers to achieve a bending radius at least five times the rebar diameter.
An emergency stop switch and two lifting handles are standard features. The DBD-25X portable rebar bender ships with six bending rollers in a steel carrying case, a foot pedal control switch for hands-free operation, a bender cover, and tool kit. Optional stands and specialty rollers are available separately.
This bender uses any 60 to 90 weight gear lube. BN Repair recommends filling to 1/4" above the top gear.

CRSI (Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute) recommends the finished inside bend diameter of center roller outside dimension for standard hooks be 6 times the bar diameter from #3 to #8, and 8 times the diameter for #9, #10, and #11 rebar.
