The Series 37 Double PCD Tooling features two offset 7/16" polycrystalline diamond (PCD) segments designed for aggressive coating removal. PCD diamonds are highly resistant to heat and fracturing, making this tooling an excellent choice for removing tough coatings quickly and efficiently.

Uses

The Series 37 Double PCD tooling is designed for coating removal applications where heavy scratching or gouging is not a concern, such as surface preparation for epoxy or cementitious overlays.

Application

The Series 37 Double PCD tooling is one of the fastest methods for removing coatings thicker than 2 mils without the need for harsh chemicals or messy shot blasting. Both double and single bar PCD tooling perform well under high heat and offer excellent fracture resistance.
