The high-solids formulation can be built up in a single pass and cures to form a durable, monolithic membrane that is UV stable and highly reflective.

Silicone Roof Seal is suitable for low-slope roofs and is part of our silicone roof restoration system with available asphalt bleed blockers and brush-grade mastic sealant.
